~ Creating the Right Mindset~

In creating the right mindset, I want to impart with you how critical it is to be prepared for challenges that you may face. I realize that an entire book could be written on "How to achieve the right mindset", but my concern is emphasizing the importance of understanding the role it plays in your career as well as your life.

The right mindset is more then just having a positive mental attitude, to be more exact "it's not what happens to you, it's what you do about it" quoted from W Mithchell.

Many of us avoid uncomfortable situations or shy away from things we fear. In some instances that is a good instinct, but in many situations, it is because we doubt our abilities and are afraid of failing. The truth is we learn from our mistakes or failures, we constantly strive to improve ourselves. So failing is inevitable, it is part of learning and life's struggles.

So it is important...NO, crucial, that we remain motivated and committed to ourselves and those we care about. In creating the right mindest, it is vital that we surround ourselves with greatness and beauty; if we do so some of the magic will imprint itself into our lives.

Yet, many of us go through life with blinders on, not seeing the whole picture, much less following our dreams. We get caught up in worrying about our own day to day struggles, that we sometimes don't see the forest because of the trees. We always seem to be looking for the quick fix, when we should be concentrating on finding real solutions to our problems.

In order to create the right mindset, we must expose ourselves to the truths of who we are and what we feel our purpose is. After all, the right mindset is about our personal views, beliefs, attitudes, determination, passion, love, faith, and our ability to persevere.

So don't be afraid of life's challenges, look them in the eye, and tell yourself "I can accomplish anything!" Keep dreaming and believe in yourself.
